Do you deliver?
Is your timber treated?
Yes, the majority of our timber is pressure treated and tanalised, with many items having a manufacturer’s guarantee.
If I overorder can I return items?
Yes, as long as you retain your receipt you can return stock items within 14 days, providing they are in the same condition as they left the yard. A re-stocking charge may apply depending on the items.
Which trees does your timber come from and is it FSC?
All our timber is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified. Most of the fencing we stock is either from Spruce or Larch, sustainably sourced and produced in the UK. Our decking and some of the prepared timbers are from Scandinavian Redwood.
Do you install?
We supply only but are happy to make recommendations. Please click here for details of installers who may be able to help you.
Do you make anything bespoke?
Some items, such as most gates, trellis and panels can be adjusted to size. Please contact us to see if we can meet your requirements.
